Honoring their partnership with Sportscar Vintage Racing Association (SVRA), Zenith debuts its latest watch just in time for this Baselworld 2016. The El Primero Chronomaster 1969 SVRA Edition is inspired by vintage race cars and features the SVRA logo. As an added tribute to auto racing, a tachymetric scale on the dial allows the wearer to compute speed based on travel time.
An El Primero 4061 automatic movement, containing 282 components and 31 jewels, powers the timepiece. The wearer can see an oscillating weight with a “Cotes de Genéve” motif on the dial in the left-hand corner. This is aesthetically balanced with the SVRA logo, which also serves as the 12-hour counter at 6 o’clock and the 30-minute counter at 3 o’clock.
The dial is topped with an anti-reflective domed sapphire crystal. The case also features an exhibition back, revealing the intricacies of the movement. Like Zenith’s El Primero Chronomaster 1969 Tour Auto Edition, the case size remains 42 millimeters in diameter.
The El Primero Chronometer 1969 SVRA Edition is limited to 100 pieces and is finished with an alligator leather strap with yellow stitch work and a rubber lining.
Wohh just what I was searching for, appreciate it for posting.
