The One Barcelona Brings the Swiss Alps Experience With Its First Ever Fondue Pop Up

Eating exotic food & enjoy a sip of good wine will be more interesting at The One Barcelona Grand Luxury 5-star hotel launches. From 17-th January to 17-th February 2019 you can enjoy its 1st ever fondue pop up tests at the Mood Rooftop Bar of the hotel. This appetizing evening of ‘cheese fondue & delightful wine’ will make guests & the general public feels as if they are in the Swiss Alps. The decoration of the place been redesigned into a Swiss ski lodge. They added extra wooden chalet in the outdoor area of the terrace that provides soft lambskin blankets & wood heaters to keep guests warm & enjoy the food pleasantly. 

The fondues are made with Gruyère & special Vacherin cheeses, also garnished with fresh truffles or morels. Next, to the fondue, there is the limited-edition menu which offers- Cecina (cured meat), Vitello tonnato with Sbrinz cheese, Tête de Moine & Nüsslisalat (typical salad from the German part of Switzerland). There are 3 menus have been offered to share with friends & family or colleagues at – Saint-Moritz, Genève & Zürich. Obviously, with each menu, you can eat a distinct type of fondues with the white wines, which can be followed by a side dish & dessert. 

Additionally, the guests who prefer sweet-tasting foods also can enjoy the special apple strudel, prepared by the hotel’s Executive Chef Miguel Muñoz & a special Lindt Excellence 70% Cocoa chocolate fondue. Inside by side comparison, both fondues are delicious. 

Thereupon, the Mood Fondue savory will be open on Wednesday & Thursday between 7:00 pm & 10:30 pm & from Friday to Sunday between 1:00 pm & 10:30 pm. If you love to test an appetizing cheese fondue, you should visit the place.
