Parmigiani Fleurier Introduces New Toric Tourbillon Slate In 18K Red Gold

For the launch of the digital platform Watches & Wonders, Parmigiani Fleurier exclusively launched it’s  newest Toric slate Tourbillon watch. Watches & Wonder Geneva could be a fair of the world watch and jewellery industry. Organized by Foundation de la Haute Horlogerie, the show generally takes place at Palexpo in Geneva, Switzerland. Considering the usually massive show attendees for luxury the watches show , organizers of Baselworld, Watches and Wonders which was scheduled for 25-29 April was canceled due to the Coronavirus pandemic and was adjusted to a web presentation.

Parmigiani Fleurier Toric Slate Tourbillon specs the ultra-thin PF517 movement that contains a platinum micro-rotor, flying tourbillon and bridges with côtes de Genève decoration. The action was developed following in-depth studies by the produce master watchmakers. to stay the timepiece thin, the tourbillon was integrated within the action key plate.

The slate-colored dial specs the barley grain guilloche pattern and is housed within a gold rose case inspired by very old Greek Doric Columns. it’s a knurling bezel and gaudron. the colour of the javelin hour and minute hands mimics the rose gold of the case. The watch appears with a Hermes Havane leather strap. The Toric was the first case designed by Michel Parmigiani, first introduced in 1996 for the discharge of the brand that these days bears his name. this latest tourbilon piece joints other haute horlogerie parts within the Toric collection.

The Parmigiani Fleurier Toric Tourbillon Slate in red gold 18k comes with Havana alligator strap made for Parmigiani by Hermès and is clasped at the wrist with a red gold pin buckle. The model could be a edition of twenty-five pieces and can retail for CHF 130,000.
